Watermelon Agua Fresca

Three simple ingredients. Watermelon is one of the best hydrating foods. The sodium, potassium and glucose are so valuable to our bodies.
Ingredients
- 1 medium seedless watermelon, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/4-1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3-4 tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup (you may not need if the watermelon is sweet)
Chef Tips
I like add sprigs of fresh herbs like basil, mint or lemon verbena once the juice is made.
Preparation
Step1
Pass the watermelon through a juicer or blend in a mixer. Mix with the lime juice in a pitcher and raw honey or maple syrup if using. Refrigerate until needed.
