When you’re under any kind of pressure, figuring out what to eat every day can be an exhaustive process. Being a parent adds a few more challenges too. Just ask my beautiful partner Reyna and our daughters, Hillary (10) and Camila (1).

Why is Cook2Thrive for you?

Because you’re busy and have decision making overload. You want to eat healthy and delicious food at home so you can stay focused and energized.

Because you worry about feeding your family more vegetables that actually taste good and you’re limited in terms of variety and creativity. You could use more fun.

Because maybe you don’t pore over Bon Appetit magazine for the ‘best dish ever’ but you know how you feel when you eat healthy and yummy — and dammit, you want to eat healthy and yummy everyday.

My job is to help you take the guesswork out of what to eat and make cooking practical + accessible no matter what the day throws at you.

Since 2007 I’ve been delighting thousands of customers. I’ve worked with an encyclopedia of real foods and developed the habits, skills, and systems necessary to turn raw ingredients into amazing meals in less time than it takes to order take out. Whether cooking a 25 course meal for Ferran Adrià or catering for a 1200 person party, my training in France, Boston, and San Francisco prepared me for anything.

It turns out restaurant cooking wasn’t for me. When you learn cooking is not just about putting food in your mouth, that’s the secret sauce. You learn the joy in cooking can be a powerful tool for good living.

Cooking is a resource in your self care bag – not a chore or some low reward activity. Cooking isn’t hard. You don’t need to be a chef to be able to care for yourself. It’s so much more!

It’s about empowerment – to make a change. We don’t need to be over reliant on some external source. We don’t have to bend over backwards for the latest hype.

With some guidance along the way. You can cook smarter and thrive. Because together is always better. How you feel has an impact on how you show up in the world. My passion is to help you choose the foods and design the meals that supercharge your experience in your kitchen.

Ultimately, the goal is to help you equip yourself with the tools and insight to create yummy food at home…and put health in your hands – Deliciously
