Honey - Garlic Chicken Wings
Serves 6 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes
Wings have to be one of my families favorite part of the bird. They’re the most delicious part, inexpensive and so much fun!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- Kosher salt to taste
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 large cloves garlic, micro planned
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
- Freshly ground black pepper (or Urfa chili if you happen to have some
- Zest of one lemon
- 1/2 bunch of chopped cilantro
- Serve with: Sautéed Collard Greens + Bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500F. Season wings with salt to taste and the olive oil. Place in a single layer on a large baking tray lined with parchment. Roast until nice and golden brown. About 25-30 minutes.

Step 3
Start sautéing the collard greens. See Sautéed Collard Greens + Bacon in your menu.
Step 4
Remove the wings from the oven and place into a large bowl. Pour off some of the juice into a separate bowl and reserve for the collard greens (if using). Pour the honey mixture over the wings, along with th
