- 2 cloves garlic, microplaned
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- Freshly ground black pepper

Chef Tips
Buy a little extra (maybe 1/4 pound extra per person) and plan for tacos the next day.

Preparation
Step 1
Season steak with salt on both sides. Whisk together the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil and thyme.
Step 2
Place the steaks in a baking pan or in a large ziplock bag. Pour over the marinade and allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Can be done the night before.
Step 3
Preheat a grill or grill pan. Cook on each side about 3-4 minutes each. This will vary based on the cut and thickness you’ve decided. Allow to rest for 10 minutes
Step 4
Slice against the grain and enjoy. Spoon over some the resting juices.
