Garlic Herb Baked Salmon
Serves 4 | Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes
Here’s a simple salmon dish compliments of Lisa Bryant of downshiftology.com. Pair with the Lemony Roasted Fennel + Feta.
Ingredients
- 4 (6ounce) salmon fillets, preferably wild
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
Chef Tips
Use any fresh herbs you may have on hand.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375F/190C and let the salmon come to room temperature for 15 minutes. Mix together the melted butter and lemon juice (I use the juice from 1/4 slice of lemon) in a small bowl. Then, place the salmon in baking dish and brush the butter mix all over.
Step 2
Top the salmon with the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
